Czech term

převzala

Czech to English Medical Medical (general) office notations
At the end of a Pracovní Rekomandace, restricting work a person can do for health reasons, there are signatures and before one signature the word "převźala".

I have a general feeling about what it means, but can't think of the appropriate word in English. Appreciate any suggestions.

Stephen

Discussion

Hannah Geiger (X) May 4, 2011:
As to my elaborate answer, I was thinking strictly in terms of caseworkers and a case, not just signatures, that is why I translated it like this. Obviously, it appears to be a matter of routine, which did not occur to me

disagree Sarka Rubkova : Unfortunately not, it is confirmation receipt of a document, and not of an assignment
