At the end of a Pracovní Rekomandace, restricting work a person can do for health reasons, there are signatures and before one signature the word "převźala".
I have a general feeling about what it means, but can't think of the appropriate word in English. Appreciate any suggestions.

IMO, they just mean that the undersigned has been provided with the doc/the piece of paper or whatever it is and has received/taken it, like a recipient
