V závislosti na tom, do které léčebné skupiny jste byl/a zařazen/a, dostanete bimatoprost SR do jednoho oka a podstoupíte předstíraný zákrok do druhého oka, nebo podstoupíte předstíraný zákrok do obou očí.
Předstíraná léčba nebude zahrnovat bimatoprost SR a bude provedena pomocí aplikátoru s tím, že vnější oční části se bude dotýkat pouze špička aplikátoru.

: I think "sham" is more appropriate if there is not any actual physical intervention carried out.
