Might be useful for future reference I’m sure you’ve already found this, Charlie, so – just for future reference – this is what I found: the Czech units “0”, “ojediněle”, “přítomný”, “četné”, “velmi četné” and “záplava” are “arbitrární jednotky” and appear to equate to “scant”, “light”, “moderate”, “heavy” and “very heavy”.

I can absolutely understand that, Charles. I didn't know a scale like that existed until Stuart found it.
