agree  Jiri Lonsky: It seems that "komplement" is a name for department comprising a variety of supporting disciplines, such as hematology, biochemical lab, radiodiagnostics etc. Really, just check what many hospitals/clinics include under "komplement" (IKEM, Tábor hospital)
