Asker: Thanks. I was wondering if it could be 'tenké střevo'. It seems a slightly odd choice of acronym, but of course it needs to be distinguished from 'TS', which I see is sometimes used as an acronym for 'tlusté střevo'.

Asker: Your link cites Russian sources, and I see that the Russian acronym 'TK' for 'small intestine' has been carried over into the Czech text.
