There is no accent on the i in podil (podíl) and no space between the two words - though this could be source errors, of course.
I am working off Hkt being HCT (Hematocrits) but I cannot identify the full form of "ob." and the lack of í is also throwing me off for podil, in case that's also an abbreviation, though it has not full stop/period before the comma.
