HVAC = Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning
Explanation:

literally 'vzduchotechnika' = air [systems] technology

\'Vzduchotechnika\', i.e. air \'systems technology\' is defined as a technological discipline dealing with conditioning of air for ventilation, air-conditioning, drying, transportation, technological [production] procesess, and the like. That sounds like PNEUMATIC systems of any kind to me. In the context above it most probably is HVAC or more specifically air-conditioning.

could be just Air-conditioning

Explanation:
It's not always HVAC. Vzduchotechnika is sometimes used to mean that (Heating, Air-conditioning and Cooling) - i.e. anything to do with air, treated and distributed throughout the building......Quite often, though, it's used to mean ONLY Air-conditioning - when the other functions aren't there, or when the document concerns this function specifically, then you have to say Air-conditioning. There's more ambiguity around the whole issue, for example Air-handling units, Cooling Towers, Fan-coils - translations seem to vary according to preferences and knowledge/lack of it. It's sometimes hard to tell what part of the system is the author speaking of, but I always try to imagine the building/technology and then describe it...
