The cause of the Vigerslev train crash (1919)
Context: the crash occurred "efter en fejlbetjening af en manuel linjeblok." Online, Den Danske Ordbog is no help. Wikipedia attributes the disaster to "a dispatcher error", but a closer translation should be possible (and is "dispatcher" UK English, which I need?). The term "line block" exists in English, but has to do with printing!
