ik vind dit een heel vreemde zin
"aarde" staat hier voor het stoffelijke of het lichaam, vul nu "lichaam" in: dat hij uiteindelijk zijn - lichaam - nog slechts in een lichte beroering nodig heeft, dat de wrijving tussen geest en - lichaam - zo gering is dat ook de leerschool gering zal zijn

de zin impliceert dat zo lang er sprake is van wrijving tussen geest en lichaam ("aarde") er een "leerschool" is, die ophoudt te bestaan op het moment dat die wrijving nul is

dit is een zeer vreemde opvatting van "vergeestelijking" die inhoudt dat de geest los zou komen te staan van het lichaam, terwijl vergeestelijking in feite inhoudt dat het lichaam meer en meer doordrongen wordt van / door de geest (zie VDale)

het lijkt me bijzonder lastig om op deze wereld zonder lichaam bevredigend te kunnen functioneren :)
