Thank you for your help Ron - confirmation of the actual act was highly relevant, and under the circumstances (legal context of the translation), I prefer not to rely on the fact that 'its all over the www' - so are a huge number of unreliable and inaccurate translations - hence my thanks that ProZ allows the opportunity of asking qualified, native linguists - can't see that's a 'non PRO' approach :)
