Thank you so much for all of you, Thanks Mr. Fuad for your help and your explanation. Yes, I was in consistent in this sentence, unfortunately. (I'm not sure until now if I was right or wrong concerning my selection but I was looking forward to having a clear meaning). Let us also bear in mind that the text looks written by non native speaker who may select the wrong vocabulary which are non matching with the meaning of the sentence. I'm just assuming what he could mean by this sentence as it made me crazy for over thinking about it. Also, I didn't have much time to give it another try.

Thank you so much for your help!
Fuad Yahya May 7, 2020:
In reply to your closing note, There simply is no such thing in English as "driven by" meaning "lived by." Additionally, the two sentences are constructed in exactly the same way. Even if we assume the two sentences are poorly written (and we should), the terms used in both sentences should be construed the same way. In other words, whichever translation you prefer for "driven by" (mine or anybody else's) should be used in both sentences. Otherwise, you would be inconsistent.
Yassine El Bouknify May 6, 2020:
Driven by It means that westerns control and monitor the process of finance. Therefore, my translation would be as follows: يسيرها الغربيون. I suggested الناتجة عن الغربيون in my first translation because the cause and the result of control leads to the power of the doer
Dalia Nour (asker) May 6, 2020:
Most welcome Mr. Fuad! What is the best translation do you suggest?
Fuad Yahya May 6, 2020:
Thank you, Dalia. That made a big difference.
Dalia Nour (asker) May 6, 2020:
This is the full sentence, Overall financial reason (63%) is the key driver to come to Saudi Arabia driven by Arabs/Asians. Financial reason is closely followed by ‘career opportunities’ and ‘better quality of life’ driven by Westerners
Fuad Yahya May 6, 2020:
More context, please! The verb "to drive" has about 237 different meanings. Additional context would help us zero in on the intended meaning. I assume the sentence is part of a passage, a paragraph, perhaps. You have the paragraph. We don't. The more you share of that paragraph (preceding sentences, following sentences), the more we can follow the logic of the sentence, and the more we can help.

Thank you for posting the full sentence. It make things far clearer.

It is clear now that "driven by" is related to "key driver." In the English sentence, it makes sense to re-state the driver concept. Depending on how you construct the Arabic sentence, there may not be any need to re-state the driver concept later in the sentence. For example:

Overall financial reason (63%) is the key driver to come to Saudi Arabia driven by Arabs/Asians

الدافع المالي العام (أو الشامل) (63%) هو الدافع الرئيسي للعرب/الآسـيويين للقدوم إلى المملكة العربية السعودية

In the next sentence, you will probably use the plural form: الدوافع

In other words, it is much simpler in Arabic.

Please let me know if this was not clear. Thanks.
Note from asker:
The first 'driven by' it's definitely الدافع but the second 'driven by'like المعاشة من طرف أو التي يعيشها أو التي يحياها ... الخ. This is my point of view depends on the context which I have tried million words to make it clear or readable. Thank you so much for your help!

agree Saleh Dardeer : This question is an ideal example proving true: "word out of context is meaningless". All other suggestions are good translations, but not in this context.
