Prior to the sale of the Club to Staprix NV, Mr Jimenez’s family trust held a minority shareholding in his name on behalf of his family trust in CAFC Holdings Limited which in turn held a 90% shareholding in Baton 2010 Limited, the holding company for Charlton Athletic Football Company Limited and Charlton Athletic Holdings Limited. Mr Cash did not hold any beneficial ownership, interest or direct or indirect shareholding in the Club.
