هو بكل تأكيد لغط دموي لو تقرأين المصادر من مايو كلنك لعرفت انه لغط دموي
ولكن يصطلح على تسميته بالنفخة القلبية
سؤال ؟
هل القلب فيه شيء غير الدم الذي يضخه؟
طبعاً الدم
اذاً هي نفخة دموية ولكن تسمى نفخة قلبية
