Performance Criteria
1.1.1 Personnel tracking information is checked for accuracy and correct
circulation in accordance with procedures.
1.1.2 Emergency evacuation team members are monitored to ensure effective
performance in accordance with procedures.
1.1.3 Problems, anomalies and other muster information is recorded in
accordance with procedures for discussion during debrief.

Aims & Objectives:

The aim of the Offshore Muster Checker standard is to set out the Competence Statements and assessment requirements for Offshore Muster Checkers who are involved in assisting the coordinator in the response to an emergency

Target audience:

This programme is designed for personnel undertaking the role of an Offshore Muster Checker

Delegate pre-requisites:

All personnel undertaking this training will have completed Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training and/or Further Offshore Emergency Training to the agreed OPITO industry standard or a suitable alternative programme.

في خطط الإخلاء عند حدوث طوارئ مثل الحرائق وخلافه
هناك نقاط تجمع تعرف ب
Muster
يتجمع فيها الأفراد بعد هروبهم وإخلائهم المنشأة
وهناك فرد سلامة مسؤول تكون لديه قائمة بأسامي الأشخاص الذين كانوا متواجدين في المنشأة
يقوم بالنداء على الأفراد ويراجع ويتحقق من إخلاء جميع الأفراد للمنشأة وتجمعهم في نقاط التجمع
وهذا تدريبي روتيني للسامة في المنصات البحرية والمنشآت النفطية

Mustering Procedure
On sounding of the onshore emergency alarm all personnel shall:
- Stop work;
- Make work area safe; and
- Go directly to their muster point.
At the muster point, all personnel will:
 Stay in the area;
 Standby for further instructions;
