Repairs in unit title premises
If the premises are a unit under the Unit-rules Act 2001 (Australian), and the tenant's use and
enjoyment of the premises reasonably requires repairs to the common property, the
lessor most take all steps necessary to require the owners' corporation to make the
repair as quickly as possible
