"in evidence" kan je ook ergens anders in de zin zetten:
"Therefore, so it was submitted, this is not an example of the practice in the North Sea spoken to and accepted in evidence by the L.O."
-> "zoals verklaard aan de L.O. en als bewijs geaccepteerd door de L.O." -> "zoals verklaard aan en als bewijs geaccepteerd door de L.O."
