Explanation:
pour traduire un peu cette façon de parler vous pourriez ne pas mettre l'article en français, dans le français parfois parlé nous avons ça.
Certains diraient même "y semblerait bien que.."

(dans le style p'tête bien qu'oui, p'tête bien qu'non" :-)
