Explanation:
Suggestion. L'idée est que le client est autorisé d'utiliser, "en pointe", à utiliser 50% plus de ressources matérielles que le niveau de base admis. C'est un usage ponctuel pour une charge ponctuelle. C'est assez commun chez les hébergeurs (je me rappelle d'OVH qui limitait certains serveurs à 10Mbps tout en autorisant une pointe à 100Mbps pour une durée limitée). Le reste du contrat doit préciser les conditions de cette "pointe" quelque part je suppose.
