English to French Other International Org/Dev/Coop promoting dialogue and peace

The organization convened inter-religious and inter-ethnic stakeholders to identify and understand causes and resolve the conflict in the Plateau State. More specifically, it convened stakeholders from Muslim, Christian and ethnic groups to develop their conflict management and mitigation skills, including improving their skills in consensus building, negotiation, mediation, conflict analysis and strategic peace-building planning. The organization also community-based and grassroots healing and forgiveness sessions to facilitate the transition from the personal process of forgiveness toward the group process of reconciliation.
