Explanation:
Le green est la surface d'arrivée d'un trou, appelée en français pelouse d'arrivée. Donc contoured est peut-etre lisière, qui est plus ou moins escarpée selon les terrains.
Fairway = allée ou partie rase d'un trou. Ce n'est pas synonyme de contoured.

Explanation:
en Français européen, green (la partie engazonnée qui entoure le trou lui-même) ne se traduit pas et on ne traduit pas non plus fairway (le trajet dégagé mais non engazonné qui mène au green). Quant à 'contourned' cela peut vouloir dire 'dessiné en fonction des courbes de niveau' (voir def çi-dessous)

Je pense que l'on peut aussi traduire simplement par 'dessiné', dépend du contexte....profilé ne me semble pas convenir dans la mesure ou ce terme est surtout utilisé pour des objets en trois dimensions.
