je dois traduire un poème parlant de l'East End et plus particulièrement de sa population bangladaise.
Il énumère à un moment différents poissons venant de cette région, mais je n'arrive pas à trouver de traduction pour celui qu'on appelle "fangus". Connaîtriez-vous le terme français ?

Explanation:
à mon avis, il n'y a pas de traduction pour ce poisson du Bangladesh. Je n'ai trouvé des occurences que dans les menus des restaurants Tandoori et les marchands d'épices.

Par exemple, "fangus fillet" donne 5 Ghits, dont 4 pour le même marchand d'épices

Fangus est le nom d’un plat indienne. Il est servi froid et est fait du curry, des pommes de terres, et parfois de tissu nerveux des singes. Il a un odeur repugnant. Seulement les Harijans (parias) le mangent.
