English to Greek Law/Patents Law (general)

On Nov 13, 2006, FXXXX Corp., other than involved in the case, signed Charter Agreement with Libellee No. 1, entrusting Libellee No. 1 to transport the goods involved from China to Barcelona, Spain. On Dec 5, 2006, Libellee No. 1 entrusted Libellee No. 2 to issue 2 clean B/Ls, B/L No. of which were HJTC061122BLA001 and HJTC061122BLA006 respectively. Titles of the B/L were both Libellee No.3, recording carrying vessel as “SEA LUCK”, Voyage No.022. According to investigation, registered owner of “SEA LUCK” was Libellee No. 4, while the beneficial owner was Libellee No. 5. The libellant was consignee of the goods. After the goods transported to the port of destination, the libellant discovered serious rusty damage of the goods, and the damage amount was Euro €41, 441. 94.
