10. The e-training that could make the learning processes more flexible is sometimes blocked due to the accreditation of training suppliers or the absence of providers of many occupations.
11. In the case of the contract line, it is complex to form groups of students because of the beginning of the contract, work shifts, etc. The duration of the Certificate and the way in which courses are usually organized (face-to-face), sometimes it is very difficult to follow the course when it is also necessary to make it compatible with work, personal and family life.
