The purpose of this MOC is to implement a standardized Mobile Phone Usage policy for XXXX. It's purpose by setting minimum mobile phone usage expectations is to ensure the safety of XXXX Corporation: Chemical Division employees and the general public which includes contractors when mobile telephones or other wireless communication devices could be used in conjunction with driving a motor vehicle or operating mobile equipment.
This change will replace the following: XXXX's D3.2.11 Mobile Phone Usage
