mah..... l'unica cosa minimamente "sensata" che mi sono immaginata.
In questo caso quell'"and" sarebbe di troppo, anche perché heralding mi pare un verbo. Insomma, magari gli hanno portato questo strano "vassoio" articolato con sopra gli antipasti - a seguire altre ricche portate!

: idea suggestiva, ma prima dice "a wooden building in the shape of" che mi sembra non lasciare spazio ad interpretazioni diverse da qualcosa di "materiale".
