Homework / test English to Malay Bus/Financial Insurance Policy Wording

It is hereby agreed and declared that notwithstanding anything in the within written Policy contained to the contrary .....


I understand it as " Dengan ini dipersetujui dan diisytiharkan bahawa, tanpa dipengaruhi apa-apa yang bertentangan yang terkandung dalam Polisi ini, "

But still doubtful if its correct....
