English to Norwegian Bus/Financial Economics Annual accounts
Context: "Please specify the penetration rate in the percentage of your total turnover."

Also: "Please specify the penetration rate in the percentage of the total spend."

The only thing we can find about "penetration rate" online refers to either drilling or mobile phones, so we would be very grateful if someone could help us make heads or tails of these two sentences! :o)

Forgot the name of the author The word list I was referring to is authored by Thore Gulliksen, and the publisher is Tapir Forlag.

Penetration pricing I think it may have to do with penetration pricing - use of extraordinarily low price in a market for a shorter or longer period of time. It has, as Kolen suggests to do with penetration of a specific market. Ref.: Eng-No ordliste, Strategisk ledelse og markedsføring.

Er ikke sikker... men det kan ha noe å gjøre med markedspenetrasjon: andel av total omsetning som kommer fra nye markeder. (og tilsvarende: andel av totale kostnader som følge av nye markeder)
