Seven rainwater retention solutions have been setup as nature-based solutions to collect and store rainwater, and reduce the effects of floods. These solutions include basins and changes on soil usage to increase the sponge effect in the soil. These Drainage Plan is a grey solution composed of four main underground tunnels for extreme weather events, as well as renovations to the existing sanitation infrastructure to help coping with rain storms.
