2. Peel the device from the foil strip.
3. Once removed from the strip, push and twist the device onto the end of the open female stopcock or dialysis catheter port.
4. The device must remain in place for a minimum of three (3) minutes and may remain in place as a cover until removed.
5. If the device covering the port or stopcock is loose or dislodged, replace with a new device and wait three (3) minutes prior to access.
6. A new device should be put in place after each use.
7. Discard the device after use.
