antigravitacione vežbe


Explanation:
Ne vidim da se ustalio neki termin za tu vrstu vežbi, a moj predlog je po ugledu na pojam "antigravitacioni mišići" (upravo fleksori ruku i ekstenzori nogu koji se ovim vežbama jačaju).
Izbegla bih reč opterećenje, jer ipak asocira na dizanje tegova ili nešto slično, što nije slučaj. Reč je o tome da kroz ovakvu vrstu fizičke aktivnosti jačaju mišići (a neposredno i kosti) koji se suprotstavljaju gravitaciji. Zato tu (pored dizanja tegova) spadaju trčanje, džoging, step aerobik, planinarenje, brzi ekipni sportovi, skijanje i slično, a NE spadaju, recimo, plivanje i vožnja bicikla po ravnom terenu.
Znam da moj predlog na prvi pogled ne podseća na izvorni termin, ali spada u definiciju traženog pojma. Na sajtu čiji link dajem u prilogu, data je jednostavna definicija za weightbearing: Weightbearing describes any activity you do on your feet that works your bones and muscles against gravity.
