Upon termination of the Agreement, the Agency shall transfer to the Client all rights, property and materials in the Agency's possession or that are the property of the Client or are generated by the Agency pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to all creative materials, mechanicals, photography, reprints, illustrations, dupes, dubs, layouts, copy, work-in-process, collateral materials, mailing lists, data, files, reports and other written documents of whatever type or nature.
