Hi! How can I translate "leave entitlement" in the following contract:
Leave Entitlement
Full time employment of a Teacher shall normally involve attendance of 38 weeks in any one academic year of which not more than 36 shall be weeks of teaching. There shall be a period of not less than eight consecutive weeks free of duty normally between 1 June and 30 September, as determined adequately in advance after consultation with the Rector. Alternative arrangements of these weeks free of duty shall be possible by mutual agreement.

Con frecuencia reviso manuales del empleado y este término es muy común. Leave es "ausencia", literalmente, sin embargo dado el contexto (RH) así es como lo traduciría.

: Hola, paisana, creo que dado el contexto no es claro que el permiso sea sin goce de sueldo. Más bien creo que sí cobraría por tratarse de un maestro, pero no estoy segura, habría que ver el documento completo. ¡Saludos!
