For the sake of clarity CONTRACTOR's claim is based on actual time longer dredged than CONTRACTOR would have had it not encountered the limiting conditions as a result of the discrepancy between the tender information received from EMPLOYER and the actual material dredged.
En aras de la claridad/ a efectos aclaratorios, el reclamo del contratista se basa en el mayor tiempo real de dragado que el CONTRATISTA habría tenido que... si no se hubisen encontrado las condiciones limitantes como resultado de la discrepancia entre la información de licitación recibida por parte del Empleador y el material real dragado.
Creo que falta un "if" antes de not, no?
