Asker: Thanks for responding. We went with "Noldo Salva el Día". "Salvar" is also very useful with wide semantic range. If "salvavidas" can be equivalent to "lifesaver" then so can "salva el día". With the clues "hero" was given. For a succint title "salva" works better.

disagree  Juan Jacob: For young Mexican American readers. Las 3 primeras propuestas están en primera persona y no es el caso. "Hice mi día" no tiene ningún sentido en México.
