Cuando uno habla de "en terreno" se refiere al lugar donde se realizan los trabajos o "in situ", no a un lugar en tierra. Puede ser en tierra o en el mar. En este caso es el GIO en el lugar donde se realiza la instalación, a diferencia del GIO en el lugar donde se realiza el diseño o la construcción de las partes antes de su instalación offshore.
