If anyone has American legal expertise please let me know how one would translate this into Urdu. I don't want to translate the whole thing into Urdu words, I merely want to know how one would read it out in Urdu so that it makes sense as a US legal reference, not as a difficult Urdu translation.

For example, for U.S.C.A I intend to write یو۔ ایس۔ سی۔ اے

I would suggest to just translate the single word abbrevations, like if for example in an english text the word is Govt. it'll be translated in its full Urdu translation حکومت.Secondly you should translate the other words into Urdu like "reprinted" and leave the multiple word translation as they are for example u.s.c.a. I think it would help. Thanks
