: Or نامزد رجسٹرڈ نرس or رجسٹرڈ نامزد نرس. Don't think using آیا/دایا is correct in given context since it's a specific professional designation called by this name in Urdu speaking world as pointed out by the answerer.

: Nurse is correct. IMO, Midwife is used for دایہ and Nanny is used for آیا

Discussion
This term and few others posted by you other day, in my opinion come under PRO as these are related to specific profession which are used mostly only by professionals. I would love to hear other linguists thoughts on this as well. Correct me If I am wrong regarding classification of these terms as PRO.
