My apologies. The sentence: "The Convergence Handbook was published by the year 2000 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, so it seems that the International Accounting Standards had nothing to do with its production." should be amended as follows: "The Convergence Handbook was published by the year 2000 by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, so it seems that the UK's Accounting Standards Board ha nothing to to with the production of the book". Other than that, I need someone to explain to me in plain English what's the meaning of the first sentence I posted. Thanks. |
