very sustainable or green depending on which kind of word

very sustainable usually refers both to environmentally friendly building materials and/or very efficient usage of heating and coolings systems, sometimes including solar energy capture of some sort built into the building.

Green is another way of saying the same thing. Green in this case being a short hand for environmentally friendly, or some would say environmentally correct according to certain standards.
