Next we went over to an enclosed office where all the custom head and shell graphics are done. The office has very large flat bed printers for printing the graphics onto drum shell wrap or laminate ***which are stuck onto existing heads***. Here Remo does Custom graphics on drumheads, on the drum shell, the covering or the laminate. It’s all done in house and they can take the graphics and laminate them.
Dear English speakers!
The text is about drumhead manufacturing.
Would someone please explain to me what this phrase might mean.
What ARE stuck onto existing heads? What does "stuck onto" mean, anyway?
I'll appreciate any suggestions.

glued onto
the graphics are printed onto "drum shell wrap" or onto laminate.
The drum shell wrap or laminate is then stuck/glued onto existing drumheads.

the drum shell wrap or laminate....
...IS stuck onto...
If the subject has to be plural, it would have to be "graphics", but that doesn't make so much sense to me.
The drum shell wrap or laminate, with the graphics on it, is made to adhere to the drum heads. The wrap or laminate is presumably a thin plastic foil.

: maybe the speaker/author was thinking 'graphics are' and interpolated (or edited in) 'wrap or laminate'

It's basically transfer printing
Either the graphics are printed onto an adhesive film or are laminated and then glued onto the drums.
Stuck onto just means attached. It can be by glueing, pinning, stapling etc.
