English term

skid

English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering
Is this a regular EN usage for 'skid' or does it somehow relate to FR (since the company is French):

The coating is carried out in a drum equipped with a spray ramp ; the coating product itself is prepared in a specific skid (set of tanks and pumps).

Just Google it together with pump and you'll see it's a perfectly normal EN term in this context.
