Non-PRO French to English Bus/Financial General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters Bank statement
This is a bank statement from Banque Populaire Occitane for a non-resident British couple. The paragraph is found just above the statement for their "Avoirs en euros"......

......obviously I have a basic knowledge of the meaning of these phrases, but I think I must be reading this incorrectly as I cannot find a way to structure it in English, or to join the phrases up correctly. Perhaps I have missed the gist of the paragraph???

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (3): mchd, Yvonne Gallagher, Rachel Fell

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Lara Barnett (asker) Feb 5, 2019:
For the record I used Tony's suggestion.
Lara Barnett (asker) Feb 2, 2019:
@ Tony & Daryo Thank you. I await one of you posting this before I can pick my answer.
Tony M Feb 2, 2019:
@ Asker Right, that's a lot better, now we can see what it is you nee help with. Let me try and re-structure the s/t for you, and see if that gets oyu started in the right direction:

"Les tarifs du ... [et] de la protection juridique, [ainsi que] le contenu ..., evolueront de nouveau au 01/01/2019."

This tendency in FR to leave out a few key 'et' is sometimes a little hampering!

Ah, I see Daryo types faster than I !
Daryo Feb 2, 2019:
A Les tarifs
A-1 du coffre fort numérique,
A-2 de la protection juridique,
B le contenu de l'offre "essentiel",

évolueront de nouveau au 01/01/2019.

3 sujets du verbe "évoluer":

1- Les tarifs du coffre fort numérique
2- Les tarifs la protection juridique,
3- le contenu de l'offre "essentiel"
Lara Barnett (asker) Feb 2, 2019:
@ Tony - Here is my attempt: The rates for your digital safe and your legal protection, contained within your "essential" offer product, shall increase again as of 01/01/2019.

But I am not sure if I have read the structure properly....?

Well I would assume this to be a list right? i.e. All the three first phrases are the subject of "evolueront de nouveau"
Tony M Feb 2, 2019:
@ Asker It seems pretty straightforward to me, so it would help us understand where the problem lies if you could perhaps tell us what you've got so far

@Lara

Let us interactively brainstorm this

Blending your and my attempts with your grammatical element or punctuation, let me have your new input to see if there is anything additional that may be contributed from here

In short, how would rewrite this attempt so that it reads correctly?

Sorry:

As to the links you mention, there is only one single one mentioned from here:
Note from asker:
But that does not read correctly as there seems to be a grammatical element or punctuation missing, and your links do not work.
I am looking for a way to structure the phrases correctly.
But this English text you have found cannot be rewritten, as I don't think anybody knows what it means.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Daryo : proposed translation mostly OK, but not you explanations - "Our terms and conditions for current rates" is pure nonsense, and doesn't correspond to the ST anyway.

agree philgoddard : I think Tony is probably right and there's an implied "et". But you could express this much more concisely: 'Your digital safe, legal cover, and "essential" services'.

The rates for your digital safe and your legal protection, as well as the content of our "essential"

can be expanded for easier understanding as:

(1) Les tarifs du coffre fort numérique (2) Les tarifs de la protection juridique (3) le contenu de l'offre "essentielle" évolueront de nouveau au 01/01/2019
=>
The rates for your digital safe and your legal protection, as well as the description/content of our "essential" (core?) offer, will be evolving again on the 1st of January 2019.

Because "évoluer" is not only about rates, but also about the content of this "essential" offer (or "essentials" ? I vaguely remember a UK bank offering a type of account called "Essentials") you can't use "increase".The same "evolving" or "changing/modifying/.." could do.
