typo - crâniennes ou de
As per my discussion post, this seems to be a typo and I believe it should be "Absence d'atteintes des paires crâniennes ou de l'oculomotricité"
It's hard to give an exact translation without more context, but something along the lines of "no damage to the cranial nerves or ocular motor function" or "cranial nerves and ocular motor function normal/unaffected" should work.
