IPC report
Hello dear colleagues,
I am looking for help with the word Einstellmaterial.
Unfortunately, there is not much reference as these are handwritten notes on an IPC report.
It refers to PEGPH20, used for metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Here is the handwritten information:
Einstellmaterial befüllt vor Freigabe.
Von 24 VL, 1 VL mit schlechter Bördelung und 2 VL mit weißer Faser in der Lösung.
Thanks!

@ Dr. Bennett, thank you for your input. I will look into your suggestion as well.
I hope I can get a third suggestion to form a solid solution.
It says 1VL with bad bedding and 2 VL with white fibres in the solution. However, I cannot worked out what VL means.

I know that the concept of 'modifying' is used in the pharma context: The most psychotropic component of the C.sativa plant is Δ9-THC which shows affinity for both the cannabinoid receptors. Increased affinity of HU-210 is due to replacing pentyl side chain of Δ8-THC with a dimethylheptyl group. Other CB2-selective agonists that have been synthesized by structurally modifying THC molecule are JWH-133, JWH-139, and HU-308 and L-759633 and L-759656 which was effective in nanomolar range [29-31]. I hope that a proper chemist/pharmacist used to preparing to formulas can help. Good luck!
