Gewerk

I have read the previous discussions on "Gewerk", but I'm afraid it's still causing difficulties!

The context is a contract for supply of services (building steel components): "gewerk" occurs in two contexts:

"Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt:
fünf Jahre und sechs Wochen für folgende Leistungen/Gewerke:"

and also

"Der AN hat die Werk- und Detailplanung für sein Gewerk samt Schnittstellen zu erbringen."

I'm looking for a word that has the sense of 'the thing that is produced as a result of the service' but not 'product' - any ideas?

Gewerk ist die Bezeichnung für die Arbeiten der verschiedenen bei der Bauausführung tätig werdenden Handwerker. Das sind zum Beispiel Maurer, Stahlflechter, Betonarbeiter, Zimmerer, Tischler, Fliesenleger, Sanitär- und Elektroinstallateure usw. (I can't remember where I got that definition)
