Obviously this refers to something being signed with legally-binding effect. However, my question is whether 'signature' suffices here for Zeichnung.

The Board of Directors designates those Members who will have the legally binding authority to sign on behalf of the Corporation, and determines the kind of signature.
"Authorised signature" is the more usual term if this is an individual signing on behalf of a corporation. And if you do use "legally binding", it has no hyphen because "legally" is an adverb.
