The "Roteintragsverfahren" has been added to the technical instruction dealing with the document management process. A Roteintrag seems to be a way of flagging corrections, e.g.:

But not necessarily, e.g.:
Roteinträge mit signifikanten Auswirkungen auf Festigkeit müssen vorab mit der Statik/Festigkeit abgesprochen werden und sollen nach Ermessen des Konstrukteurs in den Roteintragsordnern mitgezeichnet werden.
