German term

Titelverwendungsrecht/Titelnutzungsrecht

German to English Law/Patents
These two terms appear as two SEPARATE items in the appendix of a film production contract. The appendix lists all the different rights to be transferred from the animation studio to the producer. I found a German site where most of these rights are listed, but can't find an English equivalent. See www.actors-class.de/pdf/ vereinbarungen_zur_rechteuebertragung.pdf

license to use/ownership rights

These are the terms used for song titles, movies, movie titles and software. It will probably apply here as well. It is also called use and ownership rights for real estate titles. The concept is the same.
