The source document is a patent relating to an electron beam microscopy and a method of correcting beam distortion. The terms are therefore types of distortion or aberration due to lenses. Source sentence is:

"Korrektor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mit jeweils einem der Zwölfpolfelder (19, 19', 4) der Sternfehler 5. Ordnung, der Rosettenfehler 5. Ordnung und der Astigmatismus 5. Ordnung korrigiert werden. "

Possible candidates are "spherical aberration" and "chromatic aberration" (see e.g. Transmission Electron Microscopy: Physics of Image Formation and Microanalysis on Google Books), but I can find no reference source that relates these terms to the source language terms.
