Wenn über Kommunikationsmaßnahmen von XXX hinsichtlich der YYY Titel (Cross Selling) YYY neue Einzelausgaben-Käufe oder Abonnementen-Käufe hinsichtlich der YYY Titel generiert, erhält XXX eine Vermittlungsprämie von ZZ% des abgeschlossenen netto Kaufwertes pro Kunden (im Falle eines Abos nach der Sprungquote von ZZ Wochen, d.h. nur dann, wenn der Abonnent nach ZZ Wochen dieses Abo weiter nutzt).

This seems to be from "abspringen", someone who says he will do something and then
cries off. The ratio of magazine subscriptions that were agreed by the subscribers but then cancelled before payment was made.
I have found this term in several books on publishing.
